My decision to become a real estate broker stems from my past work experience in the housing industry. We started the Eastman Construction Company in 2001 in Mukilteo where I handled everything from payroll, bids to marketing. Then in 2007 we started Eastman Homes building homes all over Washington State while also flipping homes in the Seattle area. The knowledge I received enabled me to develop the experience and dedication for quality, creativity and knowledge for marketing. Unfortunately, the recession sidelined our company.
Everything I've been through in the last six years brought me to my passion which is working with home owners and builders to find the perfect home and/or land. If a client finds that they will need to sell their current home, I feel with my strong background in marketing I have the knowledge to ensure they receive top dollar towards the purchase of their next home.
Growing up in Brier and living in the surrounding areas I knew this was the perfect location for me to pursue my career and passion to become a real estate agent and joined the Windermere Real Estate Office where I know they work as a team to make sure all clients receive the best possible service.
I have a wonderful family which includes two sets of twins. I am also a Certified Tennis Pro with the US Professional Tennis Association and competed and played most of my life. I am now sponsored here by Prince Racquet & Equipment Team to continue my education as a coach and player. My whole family is very active in Lake Stevens. We feel it is a very family friendly area and I know I can bring that same sentiment to clients when we tour homes in the surrounding neighborhoods and communities.
I have completed my education in Business Administration and Construction Management. I recently finished my real estate license with Rockwell and I am very excited about all the aspects of working in real estate whether it is helping sellers, buyers or builders. I have lived in a competitive world and am ready to take on my new profession with dedication, integrity and overall enjoyment of working towards the desired goal of all my clients.
I want to incorporate my love for customer service and hospitality into the real estate and business world. My background gives me the passion, knowledge and experience to work with builders and homeowners.
